Where we have been

Every month the men from the Greenwood Community Church 12 week class from early in 2014  continues to meet each month, this time for dinner at an awesome local pizza place, Fiocchi’s Pizzeria.

Dan has led a 12 week Your Life Matters class at Pegasus Restaurant on Friday morning.

Dan gave the Your Life Matters message and challenge to some guys who are in a bad spot in the Douglas County Jail.  They ate-it-up!

Darrel spoke to the Student Council Association of Georgia High Schools at The State Capitol building’s House of Representatives Chambers. The talk will be one of encouragement to our younger people on leadership. Their life matters!

Darrel spoke at the Christmas Party for Singing River Federal in Mobile, Alabama. The title of the talk was “What’s My Place on this Team.”

Darrel spoke at the Chef’s Touch Bistro in Cornelia, GA to the Cornelia Kiwanis Club. Title of talk was “What kind of a role model are you? Are you making your life matter?”

Darrel spoke at both services at The Torch Church in Demorest, GA, about “Your Life Matters!”

Dan helped the men of Crossroads Church in Broomfield kick off 2015 with the “Your Life Matters” message.  About150 guys were there.

Darrel made an appearance at The CC&R Summit in Miami Beach, FL, representing Prime Retail Services and Your Life Matters movement.

Dan was back to New Hope Presbyterian Chruch, this time  to launch the Your Life Matters Challenge, a new version of the Welcome to the Big Leagues message.

Dan spoke the the men’s ministry breakfast at The Rock Church, in Castle Rock.

A group of seniors at Bonaventure Senior Living Center in Castle Rock, CO, were the audience when Dan gave the Your Life Matters message.

Dan enjoyed a great time with the Evergreen, CO Rotary Club, at the Mount Lauren Country Club.

Dan spoke to about 150 men at the Cherry Hills Community Church, Highlands Ranch, CO.  There were awesome mountain views as you can see in the picture above.

Darrel Chaney came to Castle Rock for a great night at a real, Colorado working ranch.Thanks to some generosity and unusual opportunities a very special night came together beautifully.  The magnificent Wiens Ranch, just off 105, one of Douglas County’s prettiest drives, was the location for a night of baseball food, baseball stories with a Big League ball player and the challenge to hit the ball out of the park with the Your Life Matters message.

Darrel spoke at three sessions at the Southern Association of Student Councils’ Annual Conference in Buford, Georgia. Darrel will be speaking to students from 15 states who aspire to be the next generation of leaders in our country. Darrel will talk to them about just how much their lives will matter!

Dan enjoyed a morning at Heflebower Funeral Services, Highlands Ranch CO.    Owner/director Mike Heflebower  (720-344-6087) was a great host and Dan enjoed making some new friends.

Darrel spoke to Mainstreet Technologies National Conference at The Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas. We hope this message didn’t stay in Vegas but spread across the nation when everybody when home.

Dan completed a 12 week class, an inning a week, with a men’s class at Greenwood Community Church, Greenwood Village, CO. The book is great to study, on week at a time.

Darrel spoke at the United Way Allocation Luncheon in Cleveland, Georgia

Darrel was the House Chaplain for the Day at the State Capitol of Georgia. He told the Congressmen how much their life matters!

Dan filled in for a week at the Wednesday morning Men’s Bible Study group at Greenwood Community Church. His Your Life Matters message interrupted their walk through Hebrews but Dan found some scriptures in chapter 12 that fit. We can customize the message to the goals of the group.

Dan was excited with the results of a Life Group from New Hope Presbyterian Church after six week in Welcome to the Big Leagues. They invited Dan to their final week and share all that they had learned and what the can do next.

It was -11 degrees, but about 50 of Castle Rock’s best youth and parents came to the “YOUR LIFE MATTERS” vs. TEEN SUICIDE (and other youth and family applications) presentation at Castle Oaks Church.

In both services of God’s Grace Community Church, Dan presented the grace message your life matters. It was an awesome Sunday.

Dan spoke to The Gridiron Champions Breakfast of Fellowship of Christian Athletes in Englewood, CO

Dan appeared at the Comedy Works at the Landmark Center in Greenwood Village, CO. That is somewhat true but a little misleading–I just wanted to say it that way. All Saints Ministry, Denver, founded by Mark Brewer, meets there on Sunday and Dan was the guest speaker.

Dan enjoyed speaking at Heritage Evangelical Free Church in Castle Rock, CO. The “Your Life Matters” message, including Welcome to the Big Leagues baseball stories, works on a Sunday morning to the whole church crowd.

Dan was honored to speak at the church he founded in Castle Rock, CO, Castle Rock Bible Church.  It was another great Sunday morning expeirence with Welcome to the Big Leagues and the Your Life Matters message.

Darrel spoke on “Your Life Matters” at the 12u Cal Ripken World Series Banquet being held in Hammond Indiana.  This event was the same place and nearly on the 53rd anniversary of his encounter with Ernie Banks and the “I’ll see you in the Big Leagues” autograph.
